Who are we looking for?

Our People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners work closely with leaders in their portfolios to deliver P&C initiatives and provide effective HR support to enable AnglicareSA to deliver much-needed services to our community. As the Manager, People Business Partnering, you will provide day-to-day leadership, development, and hands-on support to this team as we operationalise our new five-year strategic plan.

We are looking for a proven Team Leader, Senior Business Partner, or similar with demonstrated experience effectively leading a team. This is a highly operational role, reporting to the Head of People Experience, which would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career and lead HR operations and OD projects within a highly complex organisation.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Provide effective leadership, direction and support to the P&C Business Partners, driving a shared vision and approach for the team
  • Work with Business Partners on actionable deliverables for their portfolios
  • Lead the delivery of key projects, track and report on deliverables for all projects across the team, and write reports and policies as required
  • Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver on all P&C initiatives including onboarding, performance management, training and development, high potential initiatives, reward and recognition, culture, etc.
  • Champion collaboration across the business and ensure this is modelled across the HR functions to optimise service delivery to our internal customers

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Psychology, Business Management or related discipline, or relevant experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate a clear strategy and direction, and support employees to achieve organisational and personal goals
  • Previous experience delivering contemporary generalist HR services
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others to move toward a common vision or goal
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Previous experience within a large and complex organisation will be highly regarded
