Who are we looking for?

We are looking for dedicated team members to work their magic in our customers’ homes. Every day you will support our customers by bringing your best eye for attention to detail, your biggest smile, most supportive & open ears, and hardworking hands. You will actively support customers to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Your role will involve various cleaning and domestic responsibilities such as making bathrooms sparkle, vacuuming, doing laundry and prepping basic meals.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Provide in-home domestic duties in accordance with individual Care Plans
  • Assist and support older people to remain living at home by optimising optimise their independence
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues in regards to customer's health, well-being and services in place
  • Promote the rights of customers at all times
  • Travel between residents homes (which you will be reimbursed for mileage covered)

What do you need to bring?

  • Previous experience in Aged Care and/or a professional cleaning role will be highly regarded
  • Understanding of the physical emotional and social needs of elderly residents living in the community
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build meaningful relationships
  • An eye for detail
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence & your own insured roadworthy vehicle
  • Availability to work a minimum of four days per week
