You will assist families with parenting and property matters and capable of working with families with complex needs, including those with family violence issues. Anglicare WA takes a therapeutic and child focused approach in assisting families through separation. In the NW we also offer services aimed at improving family relationships and preventing separation by means of education and support.
This role is a full time max term contract until 30 June 2021, based in Karratha.
While your relevant tertiary qualifications in and significant family dispute resolution experience tell us part of your story, your values and attitude speak louder still. At Anglicare WA we are all about people, placing people at the heart of our work. We are focused on strengths, believing in and amplifying the strength of people and communities. We are fiercely inclusive, making sure everyone can belong. As trusted partners we are curious and creative, always looking for new ways to do better. We are courageous and gutsy, tackling difficult issues, even when it’s hard. You will embrace a culture of inclusion and have demonstrated capacity to work in cross-cultural situations, especially with Aboriginal people.
