You're an experienced Case Manager and can demonstrate an understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program, including emerging issues and developments. On the front lines are our dedicated Case Managers, who are in turn supported by a strong leadership team. And that's where you come in.
You will be supervising a team in all areas of PSP/OOHC Case Management and work closely with Aboriginal families and children with cultural understanding and empathy. You'll be responsible for making sure the team and the PSP is above reproach, in line with our practice frameworks, statutory obligations and strategic plan.
You'll be recruiting and developing new team members, drawing on your wealth of knowledge and breadth of experience to ensure that the highest level of therapeutic care is given to the children and young people within the program.
Drawing on your tertiary qualifications and 5 years' experience in leading a team within the statutory services with children young people and their families will put you in good stead for this next step in your career.
