The Junction Youth Health Service is a leading primary health service that offers a flexible and holistic approach to support young people aged 12 to 25 in all aspects of their health and well-being, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or otherwise at risk.
The successful applicant will be motivated, compassionate and driven to support and work within the clinical team to provide holistic and integrated care to young people facing significant vulnerabilities.

We are looking for a dynamic team player and people person who is able to communicate with compassion and integrity to young people, staff and stakeholders. They must be able to respect and foster the individuality and dignity of young people and have the capacity to think outside the square.
We are seeking an experienced, suitably qualified, and motivated person to fulfil the position of the practice nurse. The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic primary healthcare, providing, assessment, treatment, education, support and referral.
