About the Position

AMSANT’s Social and Emotional Wellbeing team is seeking a highly motivated person to help develop and support the capacity and responsiveness of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) workforce by coordinating initiatives and activities aimed at addressing the support, training and professional development needs. The successful person will have demonstrated strong skills in project management, problem-solving and leadership, with knowledge of professional development, training and support activities. This Position will work in keeping with AMSANT’s understanding of best practice of SEWB and service provision for our communities. Education and training background and/or qualifications and experience in mental health/social and emotional wellbeing/AOD is essential. Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.

Contract Type & Salary

This is a full time role to 30th June 2021 with a generous salary package ranging from $101,495 to $110,906 depending on the successful applicant’s experience and qualifications.
