About the Foundation:

The Alannah & Madeline Foundation is a National charity protecting children from violence and bullying. Our vision is that every child will live in a safe and supportive environment. The Foundation cares for children who have experienced or witnessed violence and run programs which prevent violence in the lives of children. We play an advocacy role and we are voice against childhood violence.

The role:

This exciting role assists with increasing sales of workshops, products and services to help protect children from bullying and violence.

You would be responsible for:

• Selling workshops and services, mainly via phone.
• Actively cold calling across the Australian education environment.
• Preparing sales plans and targets with monthly reporting.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to target markets.
• Assisting with preparation of proposals and quotes.
• Contributing to the development of new activities and products from a sales perspective, as required.

Experience required:

• A strong track record of at least 3 years’ experience success selling to external customers.
• At least 1 year’s sales experience gained in a retail or education environment.
• Experience in telemarketing (desirable).
• Qualifications or skills gained in sales-specific development sessions / training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exposure to a Customer Relationship Management system, preferably MS CRM (desirable).

The Foundation is committed to Child Safety. A Police Check and Current Working with Children Check are required for the successful applicant.
