This role is formally based in South Melbourne. At the Foundation, we support our staff to work flexibly, both in location and hours, based on the premise that work will remain the focus of any arrangement. How and where you work is discussed with each staff member based on individual circumstances, role requirements and accountability for delivery of high-quality work.

About the role

Reporting into the Manager, eSmart Programs, this new role is contracted until 30 Sep 2023 and has been designed to provide crucial support to the Foundations Program Delivery team. The Programs Coordinator will be driven to get things done, show initiative by thinking outside the box and provide exceptional service delivery to our customers in the education sector.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high touch customer service
  • Organising bulk mail campaigns
  • Coordinating the scheduling of meetings, consultations and events
  • CRM database management – data entry and generating reports within Dynamics 365
  • Reviewing account statistics and building prescribed surveys

What you’ll have

  • Previous experience working in an office administration or project implementation role
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management technology and website environments
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft suite
  • Ability to work in a complex environment, prioritise workload and manage time-sensitive tasks
  • Highly developed organisation and communication skills suited to customer service
