Career Opportunity

Leading an experienced and dedicated team at our Toowoomba Multiservice Centre, you will have full ownership to oversee the operations of the centre which includes CHSP (Community Home Support Program) as well as some management of NDIS and CDC within the Darling Down region.

Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the multiservice team including business and workforce planning and systems to ensure effective service delivery and quality of care. This includes overseeing the centre operations in all matters relating to standard of care, legislative requirements, staffing, finances and business management and growth.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in aged or community care
  • Extensive knowledge of the home care standards, understanding of the commonwealth home support and consumer-directed care programs
  • Business Development capacity with the intent to enhance long-term value for the organisation
  • Ability to develop and nurture business relationships and an understanding of B2C and B2B
  • Strong track record in leading person-centred, quality and compliant services to improve the well-being of the frail aged
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business and resource planning, to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • High levels of emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring and professional development of others
