All Things Equal

ABOUT ALL THINGS EQUAL

All Things Equal is seeking a passionate & reliable Cafe Manager for immediate start. This role is perfect for someone looking to be a part of an exciting new, vibrant not-for-profit, working with some brilliant individuals and have some fun whilst doing it.

This new café concept employs people with and without a disability, providing each person with the opportunity to contribute in a ‘mainstream’ work environment. We provide purposeful award wage employment, training and work-readiness, ensuring everyone is set up to thrive and succeed.

We believe all people should be able to find a self-sustaining purpose in life, that allows them to contribute to society in a meaningful way, and maintain a sustainable income, regardless of having a disability or not.

We are on a mission igniting a movement where we bridge the gap between people with a disability and the wider community and celebrate people just as they are; this is the very foundation of our vision.

We make a mean coffee too!

WHAT WE NEED

We’re after a superstar cafe manager that is as passionate as we are in providing a workplace environment for people with a disability to thrive.

Our dream for our cafe manager is for someone that believes the sky is the limit. They will be unstoppable in their initiative and drive towards creating an organisation that is changing the way inclusive employment should look like in Australia.
