All Round Wellness is growing. Not into a large provider. Not into a churn-and-burn service. Into something smaller, intentional, and built around quality.

We are a boutique allied health clinic in the Peel region building a team of practitioners who care deeply about people, value integrity, and want to create meaningful, long-term outcomes.

We are seeking either:

An experienced Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner,

OR

An allied health professional ready to step into behaviour support and be trained into the role.

Because sometimes the best practitioners are not the ones who have done the job the longest.

Sometimes they are the ones with curiosity, emotional intelligence, strong ethics, and the willingness to learn.

About the Role

You will work within our Behaviour Support team providing services across clinic, community and hybrid settings.

The role includes:

  • Functional behaviour assessment and behaviour support planning
  • Collaboration with families, support teams and stakeholder
  • Development and implementation of proactive strategies
  • Report writing and documentation
  • Participation in supervision, peer consultation and reflective practice
  • Contribution to resources, systems and service development as our boutique model grows

For suitable candidates entering the field, structured support and development pathways will be provided.

Essential Requirements

Registered Pathway Applicants

  • Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner status (NDIS Commission)
  • Relevant allied health qualification
  • Experience within behaviour support practice

Entry Pathway Applicants

  • Allied health degree (Psychology, Social Work, OT, Speech, Counselling or similar) OR
  • Significant disability sector experience with relevant further study / qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred practice and behaviour support principles
