We are seeking female support staff for a young woman who is clever and quick-witted with a strong sense of fairness and justice. She has a passion for music, enjoys being physically active and dabbling in arts and crafts. She enjoys the company of others who appeal to her smarts and value her as a young adult woman.

Having somewhat recently graduated from school, this young person is in an exploratory phase of life, with goals for engagement within her local community and employment options. Although she is living with her family now, she needs supporters who can assist her to develop daily living skills in a peer-based learning model for when she is ready to explore alternative living arrangements in the future.

We are looking for vibrant, flexible, and energetic support staff who have the skills to identify opportunities and support this young person’s exposure to new experiences as well as facilitate her continued engagement with her existing passions. This young person is also interested in learning about other languages and cultures, so it’s a bonus if you’re bilingual or are interested in sharing your cultural knowledge.
