Novo Education Space is an independent Special Assistance School for Years 9-12, registered and accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority. Based in Wollongong with additional campuses in the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven, our purpose is to provide educational opportunities which foster the development of capable, confident and self-assured young people who are connected to their community and able to forge a path to a productive future.

We have a part-time (35 hours/week) Student Wellbeing Officer position available at our Wollongong Campus commencing as soon as possible.

You will have case management experience with young people, holding youth work, community services, social work, occupational therapy (mental health) or similar qualifications. Your values, your skills and your mindset will determine your success in this role in line with what we are trying to achieve for our students, and how we work together as a team. Our framework is trauma-sensitive positive education, focused on healing, growth and self-determination.
