Having undergone a recent strategic review, Alchera is preparing for its next phase of development and seeks to strengthen the Board skillset and experience capability prior to the commencement of this next exciting journey.

Consisting of eight members, Alchera's voluntary Board provides leadership and governance for the Organisation. The full Board meet eleven times throughout the year and additional sub-committee meetings occur as required.

Alchera has two vacant Board Positions, hence, recruiting candidates with skillsets and experience that will bring value and diversity to its Board.

Skillsets and Experience: Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Risk Management, OHS Management, Governance, Retirement Village Development.
