We are currently looking for a Health and Medical Services Executive Manager to lead our Health and Medical team at Anyinginyi, an organisation enacting real change to close the gap in Aboriginal Health outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE…

Reporting to the CEO, the Health and Medical Services Executive Manager is responsible for ensuring that training and capacity building occurs for our staff. You will lead a large diverse team and work closely with the Executive team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing Health and Medical Services strategies for the organisation
  • Monitor compliance, policies, procedures of the section
  • Lead Health and Medical Services projects and roll-out strategic Health and Medical Services matters
  • Continuous review and improvement of service delivery
  • Overseeing budgets and staff performance requirements

ABOUT YOU...

  • Respect for and responsiveness to Aboriginal culture and protocols
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and strong experience in Health and Medical Services Management
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience communicating and engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Current Driver's licence
  • OCHRE Card (Working with Children) or the ability to apply
  • Be fully COVID 19 vaccinated
