About the opportunity

Due to our continued growth and company expansion we are looking an experienced, high volume recruiter to join our team. Our internal recruiters are valued members of our business and sit within the HR team. With ownership over a geographical region you will have full accountability for service delivery and stakeholder management. 

Key responsibilities will include; 

• End to end management of roles in a high volume environment
• Completion of all probity checks in accordance to legislation
• Stakeholder partnering to ensure effective recruitment across various needs and priorities
• Be the main point of contact for all roles and candidate queries
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records
• Experience using a recruitment system

About the candidate

The recruitment team are critical part of what makes this business a success. We are looking for individuals who are responsive, adaptable, motivated and who will take accountability for the area of business they support. The people we recruit have a direct impact on people’s lives so it is important to be able to deliver to the highest of standards at all times. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate skills and experience in;  

• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• End to end recruitment experience using an ATS
• Page Up experience (desirable)
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Ability to effectively meet requirements in a high volume environment.
• Attention to detail, administration and Process focused
• Proactive and consistent work style
• A clean, unrestricted NSW drivers licence
• Willingness to participate in candidate events including expo’s
