Objective

We are currently seeking Office Coordinator at our Minto ADE.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business unit with clerical and sales tasks. 

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sales Order Receipt, Order processing, General Enquiries
  • Customer and Supplier Liaison
  • Inventory Control & purchasing for non-direct material products
  • Customer Service
  • Purchase order raising / processing
  • Purchasing/expediting & receiving of raw materials
  • Spreadsheet Creation and Data Input
  • Petty Cash Control
  • Spreadsheet maintenance for purchases
  • Following up for proof of delivery
  • Relief Activities – as per the business requirements
  • Reception – backup
  • Manage monthly Birthday activities
  • Supported Employee Paperwork/ Support/ New Staff

About the candidate

This role will be site based and requires someone with strong leadership and organisational skills. We are looking for a person with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage finances and teams

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in an office environment
  • Experience with Spread Sheets, Database and Stock Control
  • Purchasing experience
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good Skills in both oral and written communication
  • Ability to do multiple activities at once
  • Exposure to NAV software
  • An ability to provide assistance to supported employees
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of the disability field
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
