About the role

We enjoy a reputation in the marketplace that is unparalleled, resulting in a business that is continuously growing and evolving. As an IT Support Officer you will ensure that our business is supported to operate in an effective and innovative way.

As an IT officer you will be providing level 1-2 support and managing some of the following tasks;

• Ability to troubleshoot IT issues with good analytical skills
• Respond to internal calls and queries
• Oversee the ordering of IT inventory including maintaining an assets register
• Manage an Afford active directory of users and groups  
• Manage deployment and usage of mobile devices and telecommunications systems 
• Working knowledge of windows server and operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Manage stakeholder communications
• Full-time – Minchinbury location
• Expectation to travel to various sites around Western Sydney
• Multi-tasking and a sense of urgency are crucial
• Immediate start required
