About the opportunity

As a District Manager you will be responsible for the oversight of a number of sites that have a diverse offering for our clients, ensuring we are operate to the Afford standards that deliver our clients the best experience.

About the candidate

You will be responsible for promoting and growing the business and implementing organisational strategies that align to our Vision and Values. You will be able to build effective relationships, influence and effectively lead a team across multiple sites.

You will be technology savvy, have strong commercial acumen and be able to make sound business decisions based on data and opportunity. With a strong focus on compliance, service delivery and business optimisation you will lead the way in ensuring our organisation delivers in a way that is synonymous with the Afford name. Any experience with the NDIS and or Aged Care will be advantageous.
