ROLE SUMMARY

The Union Education Director is responsible for leading the design, delivery and evaluation of AEU SA union education programs aimed at developing member professional voice and activism, growing member capacity and density as well as building union power.

The officer will also provide professional consultation on AEU SA member education and workforce needs, including advising on training practices, activism, organising, workforce development strategies and ongoing learning.
