The Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre (LCCLC – a program of ARC Justice) delivers a range of legal assistance services (casework, education and policy) across North and Central Victoria.

This newly created position is responsible for the day to day supervision of a small team of staff, ensuring a high-quality service that responds to community need through a strong team culture. 

The Senior Lawyer will lead our family violence work, including our place-based specialist family violence service. All LCCLC staff are rostered to cover different advice services, including night service and family violence duty services using flexible work arrangements.

ARC Justice offers tax-effective salary packaging (up to $30,000 grossed-up per FBT Year), plus access to Accommodation and Meal Entertainment packaging. We also provide an additional three days ex gratia leave between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

In addition to possessing the qualifications necessary to practicing law in Victoria, applicants must have a minimum of 5 years high-level experience in one or more of our key practice areas, demonstrated ability to supervise staff,  and a desire to work within the public interest and community law sector.
