About the job 

We have multiple positions for Support Workers in Bunbury. Experience isn't essential however a keen interest to work in the disability sector and resilience to work in a changing environment is required to be successful in this rewarding sector. 

Key duties include:

• Deliver a wide range of domestic support;
• Support customers to engage in a wide range of community-based activities;
• Deliver person-centred plans that align with a customer’s life goals;
• Administration duties and mandatory daily reporting.

Key skills and experience:

• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships;
• Ability to follow person-centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;
• Demonstrated administration experience and computer literacy; 
• Ability to assist with personal care and domestic duties;
• Valid full WA drivers’ licence
• Willingness to use your private vehicle on occasions (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance).
• Cert III – Individual Support – highly regarded
