Today, we support more than 1,900 people living with disability and their families across the state, offering a range of person centred services and supports, including accommodation, community, education and employment services.
We are seeking an experienced permanent part time (4 days a week) Senior Behaviour Support Consultant to assist individuals, their families and support teams to identify client needs through assessment and individual planning.
The purpose of the role is to produce detailed Behaviour Support Plans within a holistic and integrated approach
