About the job

In this role you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience for all inbound queries ensuring that efficient practices are in place to standardise and enhance our customer experience journey.

Key accountabilities

  • Lead and coach the customer service team, who are the first point of contact, to ensure exceptional customer service practises are followed
  • Test customer eligibility for services and capture data
  • Manage relationships with external parties and initiating and coordinating our engagement at expo’s and events.
  • Driving detailed data management and using information to assist with reporting and funder account management activities
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings on behalf of the sales team

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in customer contact centre environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a customer service team
  • High attention to detail and reporting experience
