About the role

Well that’s up to you. I have been working on new models and strategy for a number of years, and am ready to scale our impact. The specific role and implementation of our new models will depend on the people coming into the company.

I am specifically looking for someone to help with the business and project management side of the business, to allow me to focus on the service and product delivery.

Income

There is huge demand for digital services and low overheads that allows for solid income.

Currently I am generating enough sales to support my income. When I have the right person(s) on board, we will start promotion to increase sales to cover your income. I am aiming to launch sales around February/March 2021.

The short term payment structure will be a percentage of company income based on hours worked and structured as a contractor.

Business details

After an agreed trail period, we will restructure the company to provide co-ownership. I am specifically looking at the Enspiral co-operative business model. I am currently trading under my PTY LTD and I am looking at creating a new legal entity from scratch for ActionSkills.

The business is currently structured to work remotely and from Melbourne coworking spaces (post Covid).
