This is a full-time Office Receptionist / Administrator role for our Northside office.
ACRO is a registered charity providing a range of services in the community including providing in home maintenance and home modifications services to eligible clients funded under the Home Assist Program and Commonwealth Home Support Program. See more information www.acro.com.au.
Through the Executive Director, Programs Manager and Accounts Manager and in accordance with the Constitution, established Policies and Procedures and directions:
Applicants should have experience (min 2 yrs) and be proficient in a range of Office suite computer programs. Excellent phone manner required and experience with client data bases. Experience dealing with elderly clients and knowledge of property maintenance preferred. Knowledge of Home Assist Secure and or My Aged Care an advantage. Initial contract until June 2021 with potential to extend.
