Due to the ongoing growth of Pride In Diversity and the expansion of our national team, we are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and highly efficient Relationship Manager with a strong background in strategic diversity & inclusion experience or significant understanding of LGBTI workplace inclusion initiatives. Experience working with Pride in Diversity or the Australian Workplace Equality Index highly regarded.

Sitting within ACON’s Pride Inclusion Program division, you will work closely with your Manager and other relationship managers to provide consulting, training and support services to members within your designated portfolio.

This is a busy role requiring energy, commitment and a high degree of autonomy. The successful person must be willing to travel to Sydney and Adelaide on a semi-regular basis.

This is a part time position (3-4 days a week) offered on a one-year contract (extendable).

The annual salary range for this position is $80-$85K pro rata (negotiable) commensurate with skills and experience plus superannuation and leave loading. You may also elect to salary package a portion of your salary (up to $30,000 gross-up value) tax-free.
