We have been doing this for 65 years and are still innovating in disability accommodation and support today. We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team in Epping to help us, and our clients, achieve their dreams.

Job Purpose

As a Team Leader you will responsible for leading a small team of Social Educators to assist our clients in community living. You will provide day-to-day coordination of onsite and community-based activities, along with case management to ensure our client's needs and goals are met. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of people we support.

Essential Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will be required to address the following selection criteria:

  • Minimum Cert III Individual Support or Disability with 3 years' experience within the disability sector.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team within a day program or accommodation services.
  • Experience in developing person-centred active support practices.
  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to all legislative requirements effecting disability services.
  • Experience in working with individuals who have challenging behaviours and/or complex needs.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication (written & oral) skills; administrative and organisational skills and computer skills.
  • Current Working with Children Check and NSW Driver's Licence (Green P2 or Full).
