Job Purpose

You will manage a cluster of service outlets in a defined geographic area, providing 1:1 supervision to direct reports, overseeing the implementation of individual client plans and being the first point of contact for families/carers and other client related stakeholders.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work in partnership with internal stakeholders ensuring a continuous high standard of care to our clients at all times, managing staffing including supervision, recruitment, performance management and staff development, whilst monitoring profit and loss statements and preparing reports.

You will have:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience (minimum 2 years) in managing cluster of services and people within the disability sector or similar organisation
  • Management level experience in the implementation and evaluation of: Person Centred Planning utilising the principles of the Key Worker model of Accommodation Support, Staff Supervision, Support and Training processes, group and individual support and behaviour intervention programs
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation and NDIS procedural guidelines
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills including negotiation and the preparation of written and verbal reports
  • Demonstrated respect and understanding of the Health and Social issues impacting people with disabilities and their parents/carers
