It's a service we've provided for 65 years, continuously improving and innovating in disability accommodation and support services focused on delivering the best and most effective person-centred supports.
You will manage a cluster of service outlets in a defined geographic area, providing 1:1 supervision to direct reports, overseeing the implementation of individual client plans and being the first point of contact for families/carers and other client related stakeholders.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work in partnership with internal stakeholders ensuring a continuous high standard of care to our clients at all times, managing staffing including supervision, recruitment, performance management and staff development, whilst monitoring profit and loss statements and preparing reports.
