About the role:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Lead to job share Organisational Development and Learning role with the focus on Instructional Design and Training course design and to work within the People, Performance and Culture Division of Achieve Australia.

Reporting to the CHRO, this role will support the development and execution of the learning strategy and initiatives in line with Achieve's strategic priorities and performance expectations supporting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)

  • Lead on the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions across the entire organisation, always ensuring excellence in execution and that organisational learning goals are supported
  • Support implementation of development programs within the organisation
  • Design bespoke blended learning programs in consultation with key stakeholders and in line with learning needs gap analysis
  • Design e-learning and other non-face to face learning designs to contribute to programs that affect learning culture;
  • Investigate, and assess new digital solutions and technologies in support of learning content development

About you

To be successful in this role you will require to address the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of blended learning and development strategies within the disability and/or community services sectors
  • Instructional design capability in line with adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated advanced communication skills (verbal and written), effective presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Experience in Learning Management System design
  • Experience in the development and implementation of digital learning solutions
  • Knowledge and ability bringing in best practice in learning and being open to adjust and adapt;
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment would be highly desired
