We are Achieve Australia. Our mission is to achieve social inclusion for people with disability. Every day we work hard to deliver on the right of people with disability to achieve meaningful and valued lives. With over 65 years' experience, we are still innovating in disability support.

AchieveAble Enterprises, which is part of Achieve Australia, provides employment opportunities for people with disability and offers pack and send services to a variety of companies in varying industries. We now have an opportunity for factory leading hands to join us in a casual capacity working across numerous sites.

About the role:

Provide supervision, guidance and support to supported employees, empowering and enabling them to perform work tasks and achieve their employment and personal goals, as detailed in their Individual Employment Plans; whilst achieving commercial outcomes

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be required to address the following selection criteria:

  • Knowledge and understanding of issues affecting people with disability and their families.
  • Experience in warehousing and relevant WHS knowledge
  • Current NSW Drivers' License
  • Forklift license - not essential, however preferred
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check
