We have been doing this for 65 years and are still innovating in disability accommodation and support today. Recent growth has now created a number of opportunities for Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our ranks.

Job Purpose

You will coordinate and deliver quality client nursing and support services consistent with the Disability Services Act 1993, ensuring services are in line with current service philosophy which promotes improvement in quality of life and fosters independence for people with a disability.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with at least two years FTE post graduate experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of health and disability services
• Confidence to critically assess and provide appropriate, effective and timely care in a multidisciplinary approach
• Current CPR
• Current Working with Children Check and NSW Driver's Licence (Green P2 or Full)
• Ability to work a rotating roster in a 24 hour care facility
• Experience in working with people with disabilities, preferably in a community setting (desirable)
• Experience in working with people who have complex health support needs (desirable) 
• Understanding of legislation relevant to supporting people with disabilities including the NSW Disability Inclusion Act 2014
