Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. The Guilford cluster has 4 site services with up to 20 clients living in their own apartment-style accommodation, providing specialised supports 24/7 to ensure each client receives individualised services and supports to live independently.
The Service Manager oversees operations of the Guilford West sites providing 1:1 supervision to direct reports including a Service Coordinator, Registered Nurses and Support Workers to ensure clients receive effective person-centred supports at all times. The role will oversee the implementation of (complex) individual client plans and be the first point of contact for families/carers and other client-related stakeholders, ensuring all day to day operational management of the site.
Reporting to the General Manager, Accommodation, Operations the role will work in partnership with internal stakeholders ensuring a continuous high standard of care to our clients at all times, managing staffing including supervision, recruitment, performance management and staff development, whilst monitoring profit and loss statements and preparing reports.
