About the role:

ACFID has an exciting opportunity for a digital learning professional to join ACFID’s Learning and Innovation Team. The Digital Learning Advisor role is responsible for the delivery of ACFID’s digital learning offerings, including webinars and other online events, curated online resources and eLearning courses delivered via ACFID’s online learning platform, Learn with ACFID. The Digital Learning Advisor also supports digital communication and data analysis related to learning, standards and engagement.

In this role you will:

  • Lead delivery of ACFID’s digital learning, including coordinating webinars, developing eLearning and maintaining digital learning resources and systems.
  • Support digital communication with ACFID’s member organisations using website, social media and other digital communication channels.
  • Support data analysis through the design, use and analysis of data sets related to training, standards and engagement.

You will have:

  • Experience with site administration and content development for learning management systems.
  • Experience using teleconferencing to deliver learning.
  • Digital communication skills such as writing for social media in a professional context, email marketing, and basic editing and graphic design.
  • Data collection and analysis skills.

Demonstrated experience across the main role responsibilities will be highly regarded. Experience across most of the role responsibilities, and a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn, will also be considered.

What ACFID can offer you:

  • An annual salary between $75,706.77 to $88,098.63 pro-rata (depending on the skills and experience of the candidate), plus 9.5% superannuation. Under current taxation laws, up to $15,900 of the base salary may be taken as a tax-free fringe benefit.
  • The opportunity to grow within the organisation and expand your knowledge, experience and skills of development from within the peak body for international development NGOs in Australia.
