The Digital Marketing Lead is the expert who takes our approach to engage potential new donors and reaching new audiences to the next level. The strategies they create also increase brand awareness, inform and help mobilise our supporters to take action and advocate for ACF’s campaigns.
An expert in marketing on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms, as well as more traditional advertising channels, the Digital Marketing Lead collaborates with fundraising, campaigns and other communications staff to develop innovative strategies across all our digital touch points.
Reporting into our Strategic Marketing Manager, and working as part of the wider Engagement Directorate, the Digital Marketing Lead uses their extensive advertising and broader marketing knowledge-how to turbo-charge ACF’s fundraising and advocacy.
You will have about 5 or so years’ experience working in a digital advertising, performance marketing or social media marketing role where you worked with CRMs like Nationbuilder, and learnt to track, analyse and provide insights into digital ad campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google AdWords.
You’re creative, innovative, and a critical thinker, with a penchant for solutions that push boundaries. You are happy to work autonomously, and can motivate yourself, but can adapt to working in a collaborative team environment just as easily. You should be able to think quickly on your feet and respond effectively and with poise when the situation calls for it.
A good grounding in InDesign, Photoshop and experience with brand style guidelines is also highly regarded!
