Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting a Training Officer (Workplace-Based Assessment) to join our Education & Training Department. Please note this is a full-time/permanent position based in Melbourne, Australia.
The primary purpose of the role is to assist the Coordinator with providing administrative support to the Trainee Progression Review Panels, including arranging meeting bookings, data entry, and following up on action items. In addition, the role provides high quality advice and service to supervisors and trainees in relation to their progression through the FACEM Specialist Training Program.
As a front-line employee, you will have a passion for customer service, strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, data management experience and an ability to prioritise daily tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
