An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Records Officer role within our Training & Education department. This is a permanent, part-time position to be worked at a 0.8FTE.
The role of a Trainee Records Officer involves working within a team of 5 to administer the training functions of the College through the provision of excellent customer service and record keeping. The successful candidate is required to develop a sound understanding of the ACEM Specialist Training Program in addition to providing high-quality advice to trainees and their supervisors.
As a front-line employee, you will have a passion for customer service, strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, data management experience and an ability to prioritise daily tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
