The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the training, assessment and continuing professional development of emergency physicians as well as the advancement of professional standards in emergency medicine in Australia and New Zealand.

The Position

We are recruiting a Communications and Content Officer to join the team on a full-time/permanent basis.

The primary purpose of this newly created role is to provide support and assistance with the delivery of communications and content, using a range of channels, including print, digital platforms and social media, to meet ACEM’s organisational objectives. This involves creating templates for desktop publications, coordinating and driving engagement on our social media channels, assisting with digital asset management, video production and photography, and working collaboratively on a range of projects and campaigns.

Our ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification (or near completion), experience using Adobe Creative software, and a working knowledge of social media platforms for employer branding and engagement purposes.

This Melbourne-based position is suited to someone with a background in communications, content or social media who has a can-do attitude and is ready to hit the ground running.
