Training & Data Analyst

Our Client is currently seeking a Training & Data Analyst to provide direct support to all staff on the use of their data management systems. Additionally, this role will be responsible for working with IT professionals on the development and enhancement of the system, and finally assisting line and program managers with extracting, understanding and reporting on the collected data. The role is a great opportunity to work closely with frontline practitioners, stakeholders across the business, as well as external agencies.

This role will involve:

  • Provide training to staff across the business on the use of the organisation's data management systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data.
  • Develop and deliver regular training sessions for new users, scheduling and providing refresher training, as well as developing specialised training sessions for users within specific programs.
  • Assist line and program managers with reporting, both to internal and external parties.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals on the development and enhancement of systems; proposing new features, identifying gaps and balancing practice needs against technical needs.

The requirements for this role include;

  • At least 12 months experience working in the social welfare sector
  • At least 12 months experience in a role responsible for designing and delivering training; having the ability to explain complex concepts into accessible language.
  • Ideally, a certified qualification in training and assessment, data analytics and/or project management.
