Our Client, a leading Disability services provider, is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join their team based in the Albury.
This role will involve:
- Provide phenomenal service to participants
- Attend participant planning meetings as required
- Build a positive team environment through the demonstration of good communication, interpersonal skills and peer support
- Develop an annual service budget and analyse budget vs actual variances in conjunction with Manager
- Willingness to work shift work on a roster including weekends, sleepover shifts and public holidays as required
The requirements for this role include:
- Relevant experience working with people with disabilities
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Effectively work and collaborate in a team environment
- Knowledge and skills in various methods of service delivery including case management. case work, outreach, counselling and other methods
- A tertiary qualification within Social Care, Social Sciences or Disabilities

- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
