Our Client, a leading Disability services provider, is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join their team based in the Albury.

This role will involve:

  • Provide phenomenal service to participants
  • Attend participant planning meetings as required
  • Build a positive team environment through the demonstration of good communication, interpersonal skills and peer support
  • Develop an annual service budget and analyse budget vs actual variances in conjunction with Manager
  • Willingness to work shift work on a roster including weekends, sleepover shifts and public holidays as required

The requirements for this role include:

  • Relevant experience working with people with disabilities
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership skills
  • Effectively work and collaborate in a team environment
  • Knowledge and skills in various methods of service delivery including case management. case work, outreach, counselling and other methods
  • A tertiary qualification within Social Care, Social Sciences or Disabilities

Additional Information

  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
