abrs (Australian Barnardos Recruitment Service) is the Social Venture enterprise of Barnardos Australia, with all of our net revenue going directly to Barnardos programs to support youth, children and families across NSW and the ACT. Today, 17 years after abrs was founded, we cater to the needs of employers and candidates across the entire Social Care sector including, not-for-profit, private (for purpose), NGO and government organisations.

Our Contract Consultants:

• Develop business across a range of clients within their sector
• Build your candidate base within their job type specialty
• 360 degree recruitment for clients both PSA and non PSA
• Place and manage short and long term contractors

We are looking for consultants with a high degree of integrity who are able to develop business, work collaboratively and deliver a high standard of service. All our consultants are passionate about working with the social care sector and creating revenue to be able to return to programs to support Children and Families and Barnardos.
