Project Administrator - Aboriginal Identified

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing Generalist Administrative tasks; data entry, invoicing and filing.
  • Taking and recording minutes during meetings
  • Diary management, including booking meeting rooms and managing calendar invitations.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal communities, families and children.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office systems, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Experience in community, welfare or customer service setting highly advantageous.
