An exciting opportunity has become available to work for Barnardos, one of Australia's leading children's charities. A full-time, permanent Program Manager is required for our Find-a-Family, Adoption Program, based at our Gosford & Kotara, NSW offices.
The Barnardos Adoption program is an innovative program established to meet the permanency needs through open adoption for children aged 0-5 years of age.
Reporting to the Regional Manager – Adoptions, the Program Manager, Adoptions will be responsible for setting and monitoring standards of appropriate professional conduct of staff within these teams. Along with this is the responsibility for assisting the Regional Manager Adoptions with the development, implementation and monitoring of case management systems that relate to Find-a-Family’s adoption program.

To be considered for roles with Barnardos you will need to have (or be willing to have conducted) a National Police Clearance and current Working with Children check Clearance (or APP number).
You will also need a full driver’s license
Pay Range: $95,102 - $112,580 base (including FBT packaging) + benefits + Super. Motor Vehicle packaging optional.
