Our client is urgently seeking Physiotherapists for Liverpool and Bankstown to work with participants who have disabilities supporting them via assessment, individual planning to develop strategies and attainable goals for them and families.

You will have access to a caseload that includes children as well as a mixture of disabilities. This organisation is has a patient cantered approach and offers extensive support and training to their staff to ensure that the delivery of services provided is at a level of excellence.

This role will involve:

You will work within a multi disciplinary team to enable a wrap around service through engagement, assessment, participation and NDIS schedule. You will seek to support people using capacity and strength based models that will enable people to excel.

The requirements for this role include:

• Have a tertiary qualification Physiotherapist
• Experience in disability or mixed caseloads
• Full registration with AHPRA
• Experience of working with participants and families with disabilities and complex behaviours
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Car driver preferred
