Our Client is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator who focuses on the efficient processing and improvement of overtime requests.

This role will involve;

  • Autonomous based role, focusing on managing overtime requests, reconciling overtime hours worked and maintaining this information in the time keeping system.
  • Reporting on overtime worked, analysing where overtime has been worked and identifying any areas where overtime hours can be better managed or reduced.
  • Providing recommendations to line managers for process/ management improvement.
  • Compile regular overtime reporting and monitoring the payroll inbox, action items quickly and escalating them to the appropriate point of contact.

The requirements for this role include;

  • Experience processing end-to-end payroll in a larger company environment
  • Exposure to PayGlobal would be desirable, but not necessary.
  • Understanding of awards and EBAs and how to calculate and apply overtime rates.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Attention to detail with transparency with stakeholder engagement
