Out of Home Care Manager

Our Client is currently looking for an experienced leader within Out of Home Care to join their Western Sydney team. Our Client is a well-known reputable organisation that embeds quality in all their services to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families. The OOHC Manager will manage the service delivery and case management of OOHC.

This role will involve;

  • Lead the management of the OOHC program
  • Provide strategic direction and planning for services that align with Permanency Support standards
  • Regular reporting internally and externally
  • Lead the quality and compliance of OOHC services

The requirements for this role include;

  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Therapy or relevant discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience working as a manager within the Social Care Sector
  • Thorough knowledge in PSP and embedding practice to improve outcomes
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • Knowledge in Child Protection legislation
