Our Client, a leading NFP, is currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team based in the Greater Sydney region.
This role will involve:
- Facilitating excellence in person-centred customer service
- Responsibility for the management of budgets and the financial performance of the teams
- Develop and manage business growth opportunities
- Ensure services operate within the continuous quality and risk management framework
- Develop, implement and review any projects, programs and policies that pertain to business growth
- Accountable for the successful operations and delivery of all services within the division
- Lead and manage staff performance and development across the division
The requirements for this role include;
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to manage business contracts and build key relationships
- Knowledge of compliance, audit and risk management processes
- Extensive people leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing significant organisational change
- Demonstrated experience in leading human services teams including responsibility for service performance, operational and budget management
- Minimum 5 years in a senior manager/leadership role
- A tertiary qualification within Social Care/Disability
