Our Client is currently looking for a Human Resources & Training Manager to join the ranks in this newly created role. Working closely with the Compliance Manager, and with one direct report in the form of a Training Coordinator, this role is integral to the success of this medium-sized Disability Service organisation.
This role will involve:
- Consulting with business stakeholders around talent development needs
- Proactively creating applicant pools and talent pipeline for future workforce planning
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns including advertising on internal and external job boards
- Write and review HR policies and procedures, advisory, coaching managers, Performance Management, etc
- Contribute to the design of training and assessment materials.
- Record and report on the participation and downstream effects of training
The requirements for this role include:
- Ideally 5-10 years of experience in HR Management
- Broad experience in training design
- Five years within NDIS or an Aged Care environment
- Cert IV in Training is desirable but not essential
