Our Client is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their company on a 4 day working week basis. Reporting directly into the CEO, this NFP provides vital services for youth and young adults.
This role will involve:
- Providing HR advice and support to Managers as well as managing any ER or IR related issues.
- Managing the Performance Management and Disciplinary processes in conjunction with the department managers including driving the mid year and end of year review processes.
- Supporting the wider business on HR and organisational change issues and ensure staff communications are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain the company HRIS, contracts and report regularly on the Human Resource statistics and trends.
- Manage Workcover cases and Return to Work plans, given COVID-19.
- Interpret relevant awards as necessary.
The requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience within a HR Advisor or Business Partner role within the disability, youth services or NFP sectors.
- Exposure to enableHR
- Is comfortable with “corporate HR” but who really enjoys working with frontline staff to resolve day to day operational people related issues;
- Strong and well developed interpersonal skills
