Our Client, a leading in home Aged Care provider, is currently recruiting for an experienced Home Care Service Advisor to join their team based in Wagga Wagga

This role will involve:

  • Ensure high standards in all areas of Client services are delivered to a small case load
  • Lead, manage and be accountable for service delivery
  • Manage budgets in consultation with Senior Home Care Service Advisors
  • Report any required maintenance or issue, damage or theft and ensure appropriate actions is be taken
  • Undertake duties that provide clients with choice, dignity, respect and ensure quality of life and care

The requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of care in the Home Support Program
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Home Care Advisor
  • Understanding of client goal setting and care planning activities
  • Understanding of current issues for clients and their networks in their home environment
  • Rostering and administration duties

Additional Information

  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
