Our Client, a leading in home Aged Care provider, is currently recruiting for an experienced Home Care Service Advisor to join their team based in Wagga Wagga
This role will involve:
- Ensure high standards in all areas of Client services are delivered to a small case load
- Lead, manage and be accountable for service delivery
- Manage budgets in consultation with Senior Home Care Service Advisors
- Report any required maintenance or issue, damage or theft and ensure appropriate actions is be taken
- Undertake duties that provide clients with choice, dignity, respect and ensure quality of life and care
The requirements for this role include:
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of care in the Home Support Program
- 1-2 years' experience as a Home Care Advisor
- Understanding of client goal setting and care planning activities
- Understanding of current issues for clients and their networks in their home environment
- Rostering and administration duties
Additional Information
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
